Aalen and the Ostalb: good to know for your transfer
Aalen is the district town of the Ostalbkreis and, with around 68,000 inhabitants, the centre of the Ostalb region. Many of our passengers from here are business travellers from Aalen University or from industry in the Kocher valley, for example from nearby Oberkochen. Families flying on holiday with lots of luggage travel with us too.
Pick-up in every district
We don't only drive to the town centre around the market square and Aalen station. We also pick you up in Wasseralfingen, Unterkochen, Hofen, Fachsenfeld, Dewangen, Ebnat, Waldhausen and Unterrombach. The fixed price of €520 applies to all of these districts – just tell us your exact address.
Which route we take
Depending on traffic we choose between two routes. One goes via the B29 towards Stuttgart and then onto the A81. The other heads north on the A7 and then along the A6 towards Heilbronn and Walldorf. Your driver checks the traffic before departure and takes the faster route. Your price stays the same.
Why not take the train?
By train from Aalen you usually travel via Stuttgart or Crailsheim to Frankfurt, with at least one change. For early flights there is often no suitable connection at all. With us you leave right from your front door at any time – even at 3 a.m. From three or four passengers the transfer is often cheaper per person than the train.
After landing, back to the Ostalb
After a long trip nobody wants to change trains with suitcases. Your driver waits at the meeting point in the terminal and brings you back to Aalen in a good 2.5 hours – past the Limes Museum right to your street.
