Göppingen and the Fils valley: good to know for your transfer
Göppingen is the district town of the Fils valley and lies at the foot of the Hohenstaufen. Many people know the town of around 58,000 inhabitants as the home of Märklin. Our passengers from here are often business people from the Fils valley's engineering companies, as well as families and groups going on holiday.
Pick-up in every district
We pick you up in the town centre, at Göppingen station and in the districts, for example Faurndau, Jebenhausen, Bartenbach, Holzheim, Bezgenriet, Maitis or the village of Hohenstaufen itself. The fixed price of €490 applies to addresses in Göppingen. We are also happy to serve neighbouring towns such as Eislingen or Uhingen.
Which route we take
Normally we take the B10 towards Stuttgart and from there the A81 north, then the A6 and A5 to Frankfurt. If the B10 is congested, we use the A8 instead. Your driver plans in a time buffer so you arrive at the terminal relaxed.
Why not take the train?
By train from Göppingen you first go to Stuttgart and change to a long-distance train to Frankfurt there. With luggage and children, changing trains is tiring – and with delays, connections quickly get tight. We pick you up right at your front door. For five passengers you pay only about €98 per person.
Back to the Fils valley
On your return we check your landing time, your driver waits at the meeting point in the terminal and brings you home to Göppingen in about two and a half hours.
