The easiest way to arrange an airport transfer in Germany is to book a private driver before you fly: you send your flight number, the driver tracks it, waits for you in arrivals with a name sign and takes you straight to your address for a price agreed in advance. That is exactly what Veloria Ride does, 24/7, from our base next to Frankfurt Airport (FRA).
Who this service is for
- First-time visitors to Germany who don’t want to work out train tickets, platforms and connections after a long-haul flight.
- Families and groups of up to 7 people with luggage – one Mercedes V-Class instead of two taxis.
- Business travellers heading to Messe Frankfurt, the banking district or a company HQ in the Rhine-Main region.
- Connecting passengers who need to change airports, for example from Frankfurt to Munich or from Frankfurt-Hahn to Frankfurt.
How it works – step by step
- Book online at least a few hours ahead (earlier for night arrivals and groups). Enter pickup, destination, date and flight number.
- Get your confirmation with the fixed price and our 24/7 phone number.
- Land. We track your flight in real time, so a delay or an early arrival is no problem.
- Meet your driver at Terminal 1, Exit B6 – full instructions on our pickup instructions page. Arriving at Terminal 2 or the new Terminal 3? Tell us when booking and we’ll confirm the meeting point.
- Relax. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free – enough time for passport control and baggage claim.
How to compare airport transfer providers
Price is only one part of it. Before you pay any company, check:
- Is the price all-inclusive? Waiting time, airport parking and luggage should not be added later.
- Who actually drives? Booking platforms often pass your ride to the cheapest local subcontractor. Veloria Ride is a local operator with its own vehicles and drivers.
- What happens if the flight is late? Look for flight tracking written into the terms.
- Reviews and a real address. We are rated 4.8/5 and based in Rüsselsheim am Main, Germany.
- Cancellation terms. Read ours in the cancellation & refund policy.

FAQ
Is an airport shuttle bus cheaper than a private transfer?
For one person travelling light, usually yes. For two or more people, or with lots of luggage, a private transfer at a fixed price is often similar in cost and saves time, because there are no stops and no fixed departure times.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 24 hours ahead, and earlier during trade fairs in Frankfurt, when demand is high.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers speak German and English, and several speak additional languages.
Can you pick me up at Terminal 3?
Yes. Give us your airline and flight number and we’ll meet you at the correct terminal.
