Welcome to Veloria Ride. By booking our services or using our website www.veloriaride.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Definitions
“We,” “our,” “us” – Veloria Ride, the service provider.
“You,” “your” – The customer making the booking.
“Service” – Transportation services provided by Veloria Ride.
2. Scope of Services
Veloria Ride provides private taxi, chauffeur, airport transfer, and intercity transfer services in and around Frankfurt, Germany.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS.
Please provide accurate travel details (date, time, pickup/drop-off address, flight number, passenger count).
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT (19%), unless stated otherwise.
Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or cash to the driver (if agreed).
Additional charges may apply for:
Waiting time beyond the free allowance.
Additional stops or route changes.
Extra luggage or oversized baggage.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup.
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup may be charged in full.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
6. Waiting Time Policy
For airport pickups, we include 60 minutes of free waiting after flight landing time.
For all other pickups, we include 15 minutes free waiting.
After the free allowance, waiting charges apply per 15-minute interval.
7. Flight Delays
We monitor flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly without extra charge (within reasonable limits).
8. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Passengers must not consume food or alcohol in the vehicle without driver permission.
9. Luggage
Standard allowance: 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger.
Extra or oversized luggage must be declared during booking.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
10. Child Seats
We can provide child seats upon request during booking (subject to availability).
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our control.
We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or connections due to circumstances outside our control.
12. Changes to Bookings
Changes to confirmed bookings must be requested at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
13. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
