Wiesbaden, the elegant spa city and capital of the state of Hesse, is only about 35 kilometres from Frankfurt Airport. Still, after a long-haul flight the last thing you want is to work out regional trains or haggle over a taxi fare. Our Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden transfer takes you from the arrivals hall to your door in roughly 25 to 35 minutes.

Your chauffeur drives a Mercedes-Benz V-Class with seats for up to seven passengers, and the price is fixed from the moment you book. We serve every district – from the city centre and the spa quarter to Biebrich, Sonnenberg and Mainz-Kastel.

The route and timing

We normally take the A3 motorway west from the airport and switch to the A66 at the Wiesbadener Kreuz. The A3 around Frankfurt is one of the busiest roads in Germany, so for departures we always schedule a sensible buffer instead of cutting it fine.

For arrivals, we monitor your flight in real time. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included, which leaves enough time for baggage claim and customs.

Comfort and space in the V-Class

A short ride does not mean less comfort. The V-Class gives every passenger an individual seat and leaves plenty of room for luggage.

  • Up to seven passengers in comfortable individual seats
  • Space for suitcases, ski bags, strollers or a folding wheelchair
  • Child seats, boosters or baby capsules on request
  • Tinted windows and a quiet cabin

Who we drive

Wiesbaden is home to the Hessian state government and parliament, the Federal Criminal Police Office, the Federal Statistical Office and major insurers such as R+V, so official and business travel is part of everyday life. We provide name-board pickups and invoices for organisations.

The city is also home to a large American community connected to Clay Kaserne. Many families use our service when flying in or out with children and plenty of luggage, and we are happy to help with child seats and extra space.

Welcome to Wiesbaden

Make time for the Kurhaus, home of the historic casino, and the Bowling Green lawns in front of it – especially lovely when lit up in the evening. The Nerobergbahn, one of the world's oldest water-powered funiculars, takes you up the Neroberg for views over the city. Wiesbaden's hot springs have drawn visitors since Roman times, and you can still enjoy them at the Kaiser-Friedrich-Therme.

Staying in the Rheingau wine region, for example in Eltville? We drive there too, and the journey takes only a few minutes longer.

Spa guests, clinics and congresses

Wiesbaden has a long tradition of welcoming guests who come for a spa stay, medical treatment or a conference. Hospitals such as the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Kliniken treat patients from Germany and abroad, and the RheinMain CongressCenter hosts professional events throughout the year. For these travellers a calm, considerate ride without changing trains matters.

Your driver will gladly help with luggage up to the entrance, and with some notice we can plan rides with a walker or a folding wheelchair. Simply add your requirements in the comments field when booking.

When a private transfer makes the most sense

Commuter trains do run between the airport and Wiesbaden, but often with a change or a longer journey than expected. With children, heavy luggage or a very early flight, a private transfer is the easy option. For three or more travellers, one fixed price for the whole vehicle often compares well with individual tickets plus a taxi from the station.
