Cancellation & Refund Policy - Veloria Ride

At Veloria Ride, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling a booking and requesting a refund.
1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Late Cancellation Charges
Within 1 hour of pickup: A 100% cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows (passenger not present at the pickup point without notice) will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Flight Delays or Changes
For airport pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time accordingly.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please inform us immediately to avoid cancellation charges.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing times: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Refund amounts will exclude any transaction or processing fees charged by your payment provider.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
If cancellation is due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., medical emergency, severe weather, official travel restrictions), we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.
